Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless office operations.
Handle inquiries from clients and provide appropriate information or referrals.
Support the team in event coordination and general office management duties.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) are essential.
Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is a plus.
