Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to visitors and clients
Manage phone calls and front desk operations
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms
Maintain reception area cleanliness and visitor logs
Handle basic inquiries and direct clients to concerned teams
Receive and sort mail/deliveries
Perform general admin tasks (filing, data entry, etc.)
Qualify leads from walk-ins/calls based on service needs
Assign qualified leads to appropriate departments
Assist HR/operations with admin support when needed
Requirements:
Graduate (minimum qualification)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, organized, and customer-focused
Proficient in MS Office
Prior receptionist/admin experience preferred
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
