Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Greeting visitors and determining the nature and purpose of their visit.
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
Providing administrative support to all team members as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Perform basic administrative tasks, such as faxing, photocopying and filing.
Reporting to the HR of day-to-day activities.
Salary: AED 1200 to 1500
Work Timing: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
