Previous experience in a clinical setting (2 years)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Responding to the leads and enquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Manage schedule appointments
Knowledgeable in aesthetic treatment to give information to the client
