We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent guest service in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate department.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Provide information to guests and clients regarding services and policies.
Support HR and administrative teams with office management tasks.
Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitor logs and access control.
Maintain office supplies and order stationery and other necessities when required.
Requirements Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (UAE experience preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
