Job Summary:As our Real Estate Receptionist, you\'ll be the friendly face clients and visitors first encounter. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service in our office.Responsibilities:Welcoming Clients: Greet clients warmly and make them feel comfortable.Answering Calls: Handle incoming calls professionally, directing them to the right person.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Manage appointments and meetings for agents efficiently.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with basic office tasks like filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork.
  • Keeping Records: Maintain client databases and keep records up to date.
  • Assisting Clients: Help clients with general inquiries and provide information about properties and services.
  • Managing Supplies: Keep track of office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy.
Qualifications:
  • Good Communication: Clear communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Organization: Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks.
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable using basic office software like Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
