One of our Immigration consultancy client is looking to hire a Receptionist with minimum 2 years of experience into consultancy. Tagalog Speaker OnlyResponsibilities:
Deal with clients a positive and helpful manner.
Serve as initial contact between potential clients and the Immigration Department
Schedule appointments via telephone and in person and provide basic customer service to clients
Screen potential clients for immigration services
Assist with follow-up appointments with clients to complete necessary forms and applications
Maintain attorney and paralegal appointments in Immigration Calendar
Respond to basic case inquiries regarding case status for clients via phone, e-mail and in person
Receive pending documents from clients
Occasionally prepare and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain client files in pending and closed files as well as in department database
Return client phone calls and inquiries left on reception phone
Payment processing for consultations and legal services
Comply with all Department policies and procedures
Maintain client confidentiality at all times
Perform administrative and clerical duties and other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned.
Requirements:
Fluency in English REQUIRED
Excellent customer service skills
Computer literate, familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
Ability to work independently and with little supervision
Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
