Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients in a professional manner
Answer phone calls and handle inquiries
Manage appointments and front-desk records
Perform basic administrative and office support tasks
Required Qualifications:
Valid Qatar ID (QID) and legal eligibility to work in Qatar
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written)
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a receptionist or front-desk staff
Experience in travel, tourism, or service-related companies
