Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and visitors professionally
Handle inbound calls and inquiries in English
Manage reception desk and daily front-office operations
Schedule meetings and property viewings
Coordinate with sales and leasing teams
Maintain client records and internal logs
Support agents with administrative tasks
Manage emails, documents, and deliveries
Ensure reception area reflects brand standards
Mandatory Requirements
Fluent English speaking and writing (Arabic is a plus)
Previous experience in real estate
Front-desk or receptionist experience
Strong communication skills
Professional presence
Ability to multitask
Basic computer and office systems knowledge
