Insurance Coordination
:
Verify patients' insurance coverage and eligibility.
Explain insurance benefits and coverage to patients, answering their questions and concerns.
Process insurance claims and assist in resolving insurance-related issues.
Appointment Scheduling and Management
:
Schedule patient appointments efficiently, considering availability and the nature of the visit.
Maintain and update the appointment calendar to ensure an organized and streamlined schedule.
Confirm upcoming appointments and provide necessary reminders to patients.
