We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, providing a warm welcome, managing front desk operations, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, mail).
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Ensure smooth daily operations of the front desk.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Working Hours:
10-hour shifts, 6 days/week (Sunday - Thursday overlap during peak hours)
Breaks scheduled during shifts with full reception coverage
