We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk efficiently, provide administrative support across departments, and ensure that all interactions reflect the organization's values of professionalism and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Visitor Management
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage visitor logbooks and ensure proper access control.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and guests.
Administrative Support
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, and deliveries).
Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and common spaces in a clean and organized condition.
Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, conference room bookings, and office events.
Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and basic data entry tasks.
Liaise with administrative, HR, and facility teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Customer Service & Coordination
Provide excellent service to visitors, employees, and business partners.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
Support onboarding arrangements for new employees (ID cards, welcome setup, etc.).
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or administrative assistant (2-4 years preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
