We are seeking a highly professional and motivated

Receptionist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a university graduate with a certification in front office operations and

a minimum of 5 years' experience in an international-standard hotel or club

.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist guests with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Manage reservations using the property management system. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service. Maintain front office records, reports, and correspondence. Uphold company standards for grooming, etiquette, and service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Certification in Front Office Operations (mandatory). Minimum of

5 years' proven experience

in the front office of an international-standard hotel or club. Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage). Excellent interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach. Proficient in MS Office and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio). Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
