Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage front-desk operations efficiently, and provide exceptional service to visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Assist with scheduling, meeting room coordination, and administrative support.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Support HR/administration teams with clerical duties when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to QAR2,500.00 per month
