Job Summary:
We are looking for a Female Receptionist who is fluent in Arabic to join our team and be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our front desk and providing excellent customer service to all visitors.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Candidate Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Arabic is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners) and knowledge of MS Office applications
