We are currently looking for a European Female Receptionist to join our team
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
with Valid QID
A pleasing personality and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a plus
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
