Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence Schedule appointments and manage calendars Assist with administrative tasks as needed Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information

Requirements:



Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
