To serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the Tadbeer center, manage front desk operations efficiently, and type various documents related to Tadbeer services, ensuring a smooth customer experience and accurate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries related to Tadbeer services such as visa processing, medical typing, Emirates ID, labor contracts, and other domestic worker services.
Answer phone calls and route them appropriately or take accurate messages.
Prepare and type documents for medical applications, EID, visa forms, labor contracts, offer letters, and renewals using company systems and portals..
Guide clients to the appropriate service counters or departments.
Collect and verify required documents before processing applications.
Ensure accuracy and completeness in all typed and submitted applications.
Maintain records of all daily transactions and applications typed.
Manage basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Requirements:
Own Visa or
Spouse Visa required
Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is added advantage
Good communication skills in English
Friendly and persuasive personality with a problem-solving attitude
Arabic reading and writing preferred

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
