Receptionist Responsibilities



These are typical front desk and administrative duties:

Greeting visitors and clients

in a professional and courteous manner.

Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls

and handling inquiries.

Managing incoming and outgoing mail

and courier services.

Maintaining the reception area

, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.

Scheduling appointments

and managing meeting rooms.

Handling office supplies

and monitoring inventory levels.

Assisting with general administrative support

as needed by other departments.

Project Document Controller Responsibilities



Focused on managing project-related documentation:

Receiving, logging, and tracking all project documents

(drawings, specifications, reports, correspondence).

Ensuring proper document control practices

(naming conventions, version control, approvals).

Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems

for all project documents.

Distributing documents

to internal teams and external stakeholders according to the project distribution matrix.

Following up on pending documents

and ensuring timely submission from consultants, contractors, or vendors.

Archiving project documentation

upon project completion or as per company policy.

Ensuring document security

and compliance with company policies or client requirements.

Collaborating with project managers and engineers

to support documentation needs during all project phases.
