Receptionist cum Gamemaster
. This dual-role position involves handling front-desk responsibilities while also guiding and managing guests through immersive gaming experiences.
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle reservations, walk-in customers, and manage bookings via phone, email, and booking platforms.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Provide information about games, packages, pricing, and promotions.
Manage the waiting area and ensure guests are comfortable.
Brief players on game rules, objectives, and safety protocols.
Assist in creating a fun, immersive, and safe environment for all participants.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
