Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Administrative Tasks:
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Manage scheduling, emails, and calendar appointments
Handle general office duties including filing, organizing documents, and correspondence
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office and meeting areas
Design Assistance:
Provide administrative support to the design team (printing, material sourcing, mood board assistance)
Organize samples and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Assist with design documentation, file updates, and basic client presentation prep
Accounting Support:
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking, petty cash handling, and expense reports
Coordinate with external accountant on monthly documentation
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of administrative or office support experience
Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); basic design software familiarity is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Willingness to support various tasks in a fast-paced creative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
Interest or background in interior design or creative industries is a bonus
