Job Description

Candidates must be currently in UAE and willing to work in Ras Al Khaimah. Preferred those who can join immediately. Purpose: As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. In your capacity, you are responsible to provide administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Ensure all guests and customers followed COVID-19 SOP's while entering the office. Ensure guests wear a mask/or provide one, request them to maintain social distance. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain telephone, visitors, courier log on a daily basis. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. Update calendars and schedule meetings and appointments. Perform other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing. Assist the management in getting quotations from suppliers and vendors, air travel quotes, preparation of quotation summaries, approvals and submission in Finance and Accounts. Perform other duties as assigned which includes daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Educational Criteria and Related Work Experience:

  • Diploma / Graduation Degree in Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years work experience in UAE.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. telephone, PABX, fax machines, and printers).
  • Basic knowledge in SAP System is a plus
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • Comfortable to work in dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Purchasing: 2 years (Preferred)
