Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently oversee administrative tasks, office operations, and receptionist duties.
  • Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for organizing and maintaining customer data.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails, facilitating effective team communication.
  • Welcome and assist visitors to ensure a positive and professional reception experience.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phones, directing inquiries, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
  • Provide support to the team with relevant administrative duties.
  • Assist the HR department and Accounts Department.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in IT Firm.
  • Immediate availability for joining.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in receptionist duties is a plus.
  • Age: 30 years old or above.
