Receptionist cum Office Assistant
to join our team. This role combines front desk responsibilities with general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Provide administrative support to various departments (filing, scanning, data entry).
Handle basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, printing, and organizing documents.
Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and maintenance services as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Presentable and professional appearance.
High school diploma; additional administrative certification is a plus.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
