We are a growing IT & Business Solutions company in the UAE, focused on customer service and long-term client relationships. We are looking for a Receptionist / Cold Calling Executive to manage front-desk duties and support tele calling activities.
Role Summary
A dual role involving Reception tasks and Tele calling. The ideal candidate is confident with excellent communication skills, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calls, visitors, couriers, and front-desk operations
Greet and assist visitors professionally
Make outbound cold calls and generate potential clients
Update CRM and follow up with clients
Schedule appointments and coordination for the sales team
Support sales documentation and basic office tasks
Requirements
1-2 years UAE experience (Receptionist / Tele sales)
Strong communication & telephone etiquette
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Business/Marketing preferred)
Added Advantage
Experience in IT, Real Estate, Banking, or service industries with prior Lead generation or appointment-setting experience
