We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment, provide excellent customer service, and efficiently manage front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries about our services, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

- Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage bookings using our online booking system.

- Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and client check-ins, and process payments.

- Facility Oversight: Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.

- Promotional Support: Provide information about ongoing promotions, memberships, and packages.

- Team Coordination: Communicate with therapists and other staff to ensure smooth client service.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (preferably in a wellness, spa, or fitness environment).

- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Familiarity with scheduling and payment systems.

- A friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for health and wellness.

- Ability to commute to Al Raha, Abu Dhabi.
