Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
Make bookings.
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and address any inquiries they may have.
Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis.
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and phone calls received.
Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
Maintain the general office filing system.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Strong telephone etiquette.
Friendly demeanor.
Detail-oriented approach.
Proficient in English and Arabic language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
