We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our EMS Fitness Center. The ideal candidate will represent the brand, handle client inquiries, manage bookings, and support sales activities while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries (in person & online)
Schedule and manage client appointments accurately
Explain EMS services, packages, and promotions clearly
Support sales by converting inquiries into memberships
Maintain client records and payment tracking
Coordinate with coaches and management for smooth daily operations
Handle customer concerns politely and escalate when needed
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
