Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist & Marketing Specialist who can join immediately; must be Female, Arabic and English Speaker Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Telephone etiquette
- Great attention to detail
- Commercial awareness
- Numerical skills
- Contact potential or existing patients to inform them about promotional packages available
- Answer questions about the services and preferences of the patients
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update patient information in the database
- Book patient appointments accordingly
- Handle grievances to preserve the company?s reputation
- Go the ?extra mile? to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
- marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Arabic (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
