Position Overview
We are looking for a female Receptionist & Administrative Assistant who will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is critical to maintaining G12's professional image and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with excellent communication skills
Manage reception area and meeting rooms
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendars
Provide administrative support to management and internal teams
Maintain records, documents, and basic office filing systems
Assist with general office coordination and daily operational tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Female candidates only
Excellent English speaking and writing skills (mandatory)
Well-presented, confident, and professional demeanor
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Ability to multitask and work independently
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
