We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to the manager. The role is customer-facing and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and manage job cards accurately and in a timely manner
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Screen, manage, and respond to emails as required
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Schedule vehicle appointments and coordinate availability
- Send appointment reminders to customers
- Manage office space, including:
- Maintaining a tidy reception and office area
- Preparing and replenishing coffee and tea for staff and customers
- Provide administrative and operational support to the manager as assigned

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills (email, invoicing, quotations, scheduling systems)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
- Experience in an automotive or service-based environment (advantage)
