Project Planning and Execution:

You will be responsible for planning laundry schedules, coordinating with housekeeping staff, and ensuring timely and efficient execution of laundry services to meet guest needs.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

Addressing laundry-related issues, such as stained or damaged items, and making decisions on appropriate cleaning methods and products to maintain quality standards.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Working closely with housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams to streamline processes, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a seamless guest experience.

Leadership and Mentorship:

Providing guidance and training to laundry staff, ensuring they adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and efficient work practices.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

Identifying opportunities to enhance laundry operations, such as implementing eco-friendly practices, optimizing inventory management, or adopting new technologies for improved efficiency.

Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities:

Interacting with guests to address laundry requests, handling special cleaning instructions, and ensuring guest satisfaction with laundry services.
Required Skills And Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills, knowledge, and experience:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in laundry equipment operation, knowledge of different fabric types, understanding of cleaning products and techniques, familiarity with laundry management software.

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, certification in laundry management or hospitality services preferred.

Experience Level:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry, familiarity with laundry operations in hotels or resorts.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong customer service orientation.

Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of hygiene standards, laundry regulations, and best practices in the hospitality sector.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
