Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-presented and organized

Receptionist

to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and members, providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a dynamic sports club environment. The receptionist will work in one of the club's active sports departments and must be comfortable handling both front desk duties and assisting with event and activity coordination when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, members, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner Handle inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email Manage bookings, schedules, and daily front desk operations Maintain accurate records and handle basic data entry Assist with event coordination and member communications Support department staff with clerical tasks as needed Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to multitask and manage time effectively Professional appearance and positive attitude Willing to relocate or currently residing in Al Ain Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays depending on activity schedules
