1. Greeting and Welcoming Patients:
- Receive patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Provide assistance in signing in and guide them to the appropriate waiting area.
2. Managing Appointments and Schedules:
- Book, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Maintain and organize the doctor's calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.
3. Handling Administrative Tasks:
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about the medical center's services.
- Maintain patient records, update information, and ensure confidentiality.
4. Processing Payments and Billing:
- Manage billing processes, including invoicing and accepting payments.
- Handle insurance claims and follow up on outstanding payments as required.
