Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls
Manage front desk operations and maintain office cleanliness
Schedule appointments and meetings
Assist with basic administrative tasks
Maintain visitor records
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Must be based in the UAE (preferably Ajman)
Immediate availability to join
Good communication skills (English is a must)
Presentable appearance and professional attitude
Prior receptionist/admin experience preferred but not mandatory
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
