Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as needed.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company's services.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Coordinate with other departments for internal communication and task follow-up.
Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns in a polite and professional manner.
