ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a
Spa Receptionist
who can perform the below task
Greet spa guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Schedule and manage appointments using the spa booking system.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails and guest inquiries promptly.
Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products to guests.
Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming reception area.
Ensure all guest records and data are handled confidentially.
Coordinate with therapists and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle payments and billing accurately.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years as Receptionist in a hotel/hospitality industry.
Good command of the English language written and spoken. Other foreign languages (
Russian
) an advantage.
Good computer skills.
With pleasing personality.
