Job Title: Receptionist / Admin Assistant We\'re currently in search of a dynamic individual to fill the Admin Receptionist role. This position entails providing essential support to our company across various domains, including: Responsibility
  • General office management
  • Managing clerical tasks such as processing Trade Licenses, Tenancy Contracts, Health Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, and Employment Visas
  • Organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules
  • Handling invoicing, receipts, and following up on collections
  • Ensuring professional communication via phone, email, and mail
  • Assisting management
  • Maintaining employee records in both hard and soft copies
  • Coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Assisting to On boarding Process
Qualifications:
  • Graduation in any field
  • 0-1year of relevant work experience
  • Preference for female candidates
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
