Assist with day-to-day accounting activities
AR follow-up with customers & sales team for timely collections
Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and vouchers
Handle petty cash and maintain petty cash records
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain visitor records and manage front desk activities
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Maintain office files, records, and documentation
Support HR/admin tasks such as attendance records
