to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations

Required: 2-3 years of experience in the retail industry (UAE)

AED 3,000 - 3,500
Job Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Welcome and assist visitors in person or over the phone, addressing inquiries or directing them appropriately
Book and manage events and appointments
Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks
Handle general office duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and printing
Assist in the preparation of reports as required
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
Coordinate with internal staff to ensure smooth daily office operations
Utilize MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for administrative tasks
Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
