Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors professionally
Handle incoming tenant calls and respond to emails promptly
Support the leasing team with documentation, filing, and paperwork
Maintain updated tenant records and assist with lease agreements
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations
Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
(or equivalent) required
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
Fluency in English; Arabic language is a plus
Professional attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
