Seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Admin Assistant to manage front-desk operations and support daily office tasks.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and handle phone calls
Manage appointments and basic inquiries
Maintain reception area and office supplies
Assist with filing, data entry, and admin tasks
Support and assist for any clerical and HR Dept related works.
Support management with coordination and follow-ups
Requirements:
Experience as receptionist/admin preferred UAE National
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Well-presented and able to multitask
