Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, guests, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property viewings with internal teams
- Provide general information about property listings and company services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
