Candidates with experience in Document Control will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, courier parcels).
Maintain office records and assist with basic document control tasks.
Assist with the preparation, filing, and tracking of company documents.
Coordinate meeting schedules and support office administrative functions.
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Support other departments with administrative requirements when needed.
Requirements
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
Experience as a Document Controller
is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and customer service-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be based in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi).
