Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Manage check-ins and maintain an up-to-date visitor log
Guide guests to appropriate meeting rooms or staff members
Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls with professionalism
Take accurate messages and ensure prompt follow-up
Provide general information and respond to basic inquiries
Liaise effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth communication
Report any suspicious activity or security concerns promptly
Perform clerical tasks including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
Maintain updated internal directories and contact lists
Report maintenance or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel
Prepare basic correspondence, reports, and other documents
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
