1. answer telephone, screen and direct calls to the concerned-personnel;
2. take and relay messages to the right personnel;
3. greet persons entering Al Dawwa medical center;
4. direct persons to correct destination;
5. deal with queries from the public and patients;
6. maintain the reception area clean & organized;
7. attend & provide the needs of Al Dawwa clinic like lab coat request, ID, & other requests assigned by General Manager;
8. opens an electronic medical record for the patients and completes all requested information on personal information page and sign consent form from the patient or substitute consent giver;
9. Filling external incident report;
10. do other work-related tasks as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
