We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional
Receptionist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and students, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing excellent administrative support to the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional manner
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Manage appointments, schedules, and daily front-desk operations
Maintain student records and update attendance logs
Coordinate with staff and management for smooth office operations
Support administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and document handling
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Video presentation or video editing skills
are an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
