Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role
Proficient in Microsoft Office and fitness management software
Fluent in English & Arabic
Friendly and professional attitude
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized and able to multitask
Basic cash handling and administrative skills
Duties & Responsibilities - Receptionist
Greet and assist members and visitors
Handle calls, emails, and inquiries
Manage member check-ins and registrations
Provide information about gym services and promotions
Process payments and transactions
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and assist with bookings
Support the sales and operations team
Track attendance and membership records
Assist with administrative tasks and reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
