Amity International School Abu Dhabi is seeking an exceptional
Receptionist
to join our team immediately. This front-line position is crucial in creating an outstanding first impression and providing excellent customer service to prospective parents, students, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome all guests with a warm, professional presence as the face of our institution
Provide accurate information about curriculum, admissions, tours, school events/activities
Manage the Head's calendar, communications, meeting coordination and hospitality needs
Answer inquiries promptly via phone, email and in-person in a courteous manner
Maintain visitor logs, coordinate school tour/assessment bookings with Admissions team
Oversee daily attendance tracking, lateness follow-ups per Attendance Policy
Supervise late students until parent pick-up, contacting parents as needed
Uphold Amity Core Values of excellence through high standards of customer service
Perform clerical/administrative duties to support school operations as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years receptionist or relevant front desk experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
Excellent multi-tasking ability and attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office apps, data entry, and office equipment
Professional presentation and comportment
Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends for school events
Team player with a positive, adaptive attitude
