As Receptionist, you will always be responsible for providing a high quality front-line and administrative service to the internal and external customers while maintaining the Company's high professional standards
Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner and in line with the company policy. Screen and transfer call as appropriate.
Greet all visitors positively and professionally.
Ensure the reception area is always kept tidy and well presented.
Booking meeting rooms and conference facilities as required.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Maintaining the stock of office supplies (stationery), monitoring distribution, and making the necessary inventory to order office supplies.
Dealing with queries or request from visitors and employees.
Perform all other admin works assigned by Managing director or HR.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
